Description

East Sussex County Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified companies interested in the operation and management of a destination Café situated within the new Seaford Library in Seaford Town Centre. The café will offer high quality prepared food and drinks and run as a stand alone business with the possibility of offering catering services to meetings and other functions within the same location. East Sussex County Council encourages applications from charities and social enterprises.
