Tender Detail
With this tender Torus is looking to acquire a partner who is qualified to carry out Asbestos Abatement Services on behalf of Torus. The exact requirements and scope of works are contained within the attached specification and documentation.
Tenders are to be returned via the Delta Procurement Portal before 12noon on the 28th April 2017 therefore allowing a 3 week tender period. At present we are looking at a Contract Start date of Monday 5th June 2017 with a contract duration ranging from 24 to 48 months dependent on performance (details in tender documents).
The priced form of tender along with the 10nr completed method statements should be submitted before the above deadline. Tenders will be evaluated based on 60% Price and 40% quality using the CIPFA Price Quality Evaluation model, a second stage evaluation will be required in the form of face to face interviews with the 3 highest scoring tenderers.
