Description

To deliver practical and theory training in painting and decorating including, but this list is not limited:
o Understanding the difference between, domestic, commercial and industrial painting and decorating
o Understanding different painting techniques such as rag rolling, graining and marbling
o How to prepare different surfaces for painting and paper hanging
o Understanding the importance of team working, good communication skills plus the ability to work alone
o Safety guidelines and procedures
o Apply water and oil based products using brushes and rollers
o How to cut around obstructions, openings and fittings
o Working on walls, ceilings, doorframe, skirting etc.
