Description

Proposal for Project Management of Christmas Events 2017

Sandwell Council is seeking to appoint, a Voluntary & Community Sector (VCS) Organisation to lead on the planning, supervision, co-ordination and delivery of Christmas events across the borough.

There will be a need to liaise with Local organisations, maintain continued support that has been historically provided over the years.
Christmas lights are installed throughout the Borough of Sandwell, by the Council's contractor Blachere.
Switch on Events take place during November and December.

The \"Council\" has Christmas Lights installed at several locations across the borough of Sandwell and the remit of this grant covers 10 events which are detailed in the attached Quotation document under 1. Introduction, Overview.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
