Description

Conversion of 3 No squash courts to provide specialist extended area to existing fitness suite including;

•Internal; demolitions
•Installation of steel beams and Topdeck ceiling panels
•Works to floor screeds and dpm
•Whiterock wall cladding
•General building
•Installation of air conditioning system
•Associated electrical and minor mechanical works
as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works.

The tender return date is 03:00pm Thursday 23rd July 2020. The tender period is 4 weeks.
