Description

The Customer requires external legal support to complement the Defra group Commercial ("DgC") team and the Government Legal Department ("GLD") in delivering replacement Unified Communication Services ("Project Mercury") via a procurement to be run as a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service ("CCS") Network Services 2 framework agreement (RM3808).

The Supplier shall provide advice and/or drafting on any aspects relevant to the procurement and implementation of the replacement services as and when required.

The contract commenced on 1 April 2021 and will end on completion of the services and, in any event, by the longstop date of 31 March 2023.

Estimated fees range £70k to £95k excluding VAT.
