The Services to be delivered are the Learning and Development programme for the The National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp).This is the LGA's highly regarded national management trainee programme for high-calibre graduates wishing to pursue a career in management in local government. The aim of the two year learning and development programme is to develop future leaders and senior managers within local government by equipping them with the skills, understanding, experience and competencies required to take on the challenges of the sector.
