Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are seeking to commission a Self Directed Support Services Dynamic Purchasing System. To increase the uptake of direct payments, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council requires effective, efficient and economical Direct Payment Support Services, to ensure flexible, high qualityprovision is available to recipients of direct payments. The role is to support, plan and enable people to direct their own support, as reflected in national and local strategic approaches. The Dynamic Purchasing System will be tendered in five lots.
