Sheffield City Council are seeking to procure a digital design agency to design and build a bespoke website for BIPC South Yorkshire. As we are working in partnership with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Council and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, and are fully funded by DCMS (Department for Culture, Media & Sport) in partnership with the British Library, this website will be hosted outside of Sheffield City Council's domain.
