Description
Provision of a platform, taking advantage of technological advances in the field of employee insight, that enables both short ("pulse") and comprehensive surveys that will enable the University's management to understand the views of staff to a range of different issues impacting on employee satisfaction and engagement, for example, leadership, communication, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, relationships, workloads etc.
The initial contract will be for up to 3 years with the option to extend beyond for yearly intervals.
