Management of an NEC3 ECC Option C construction project to deliver the improvement scheme known as Alternative Route Phase 4 Public Realm Works in High Wycombe. Buckinghamshire County Council sought to appoint a site team to undertake the Construction Management and Contract Administration of the Highways Improvement Scheme.
