Description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Auditor to undertake contract compliance with its new Gas Maintenance contracts which are due to commence on 1st April 2019 and will involve the maintenance and installation of Gas appliances to a Council Housing stock of approximately 8,894 dwellings.

The Auditor will undertake a series of tasks to ensure this compliance, which will include a 10% site audit and quality assurance inspection of all completed gas safety checks and a desktop audit to check the validity of the landlord gas safety record.
