Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) wishes to maximise sponsorship income from the new facility and the regional interest this will generate

It is the aim of The Council to work with an organisation for an initial period of 4 years, with one year plus one year extension period should it be required. The overall scope of this contract will be to maximise the possible income for this period from naming rights and sponsorship for the various sponsorship assets that the bidder can identify
