Description
The replacement of an existing two floor passenger lift at the Nelson Building. The Lift Specialist Contractor shall allow for the design, installation, testing and commissioning of a new lift installation within the existing lift shaft arrangement. In addition, the lift specialist shall include within the tender to safely isolate the existing traction lift installation, decommission, remove and dispose of all the existing lift installation equipment.
