Description

Riverside Group (the Client) wishes to procure the services of a competent contractor to undertake refurbishment and remodelling to the communal areas and flats of two vacant schemes on the Colshaw Farm estate of Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Colshaw Farm Project - Lime Tree Court and 33 & 35 Appleton Walk Refurbishment
Undertake the remodelling and refurbishment of Lime Tree Court and 35 Appleton Walk to include the upgrade or replacement of communal components where required. At Lime Tree Court, the work will involve conversion of the Ground Floor existing staff office, tenant participation room, staff kitchen, staff bedroom and shower room into two separate flats. Interview Room area to be a communal area for fire exit. Existing managers office to be a staff 'drop in' office with the construction of a W.C. and tea station area. Existing staff bedroom door to be converted to a window. Construction of an external bin store to existing car park. One external door to proposed flat to be converted to a window. 35 Appleton Walk will consist of the conversion of a former estate management office to two flats - ground floor and first floor. Void works will also take place at 33 Appleton Walk and to flats at Lime Tree Court.
