The British High Commission (BHC) in Kingston has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide local guarding services for the BHC compound and a roving patrol to visit residential diplomatic properties within Kingston. The Contractor shall provide the organisational structure, management and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the final Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to BHC staff and visitors, British dependants, property, assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. The Contractor shall be required to adhere to all local labour laws, including the direct employment of staff (not sub-contracting), payment of current minimum salary and mandatory statutory deductions for all employed personnel.
