The Council are looking to gauge the appetite of investors interested in Cannock Town Centre.
Approximate value £18,000,000.00
The Council are looking to secure a developer who is capable of delivering a leisure-led cinema and eateries redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre.
The site is owned by Cannock Chase Council and is a former multi-storey car park. Public investment to aide financial viability maybe required by the Council.
Cannock Chase Council would like to hear from interested parties with regard to delivering a leisure led redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre.
