Description

A Fishery Science Partnership (FSP) involving the fishing industry, Defra and Cefas scientists was established in 2003.
The primary objective of this project will be to develop a fishing method that reduces unwanted catches of restricted quota species, specifically haddock, while maintaining and increasing catches of other commercial species, in the SW otter trawl fishery.
