Description

De Montfort University (DMU) invites bids from suitably qualified consultants to work with the Talent25 Programme team to support the initial stages of delivery of the intervention programme from April 2019 onwards

Talent25 is part of a long term ambition, tracing the impact of creative activity across a period of 25 years. The programme formally launched in late January 2019, and work has already begun with recruitment of cohorts in specific areas of Leicester. A consultancy is required to work with the Talent25 team to support the initial phases of delivery for the programme as outlined below.

Scope of the consultancy
o Propose a model of engagement for a city wide provider network and host an initial session
o Support the Talent25 with taster sessions/pop ups as part of a delivery plan with partners
o Support the Talent25 team to implement a commissioning framework for providers
o Support the initial three months of programme delivery to a maximum of two days per working week (inclusive of the above tasks)
A plan detailing proposed activity with timescale and budget is required. Identification of key staff who will work on the project including appropriate skills and experience is also required.

Timeline
The contract is for a three month period with an option to extend for a further 3 months.







The contract is due to commence on 29th April 2019 and will run until 28th July 2019, or for a period of approximately three calendar months with an option to extend for a further 3 months. The estimated cost for this contract is between ?6,000-?9,000 per Calendar month.
