Description

We wish to procure VC units for each of the meeting rooms in our new Leyland House office. The office is currently undergoing construction but we have plans and dimensions of the rooms involved which are provided below.

By VC units we are referring to the combination of screen, panel, microphones and speakers as well as any cabling, bracketing and consumables which may be required.

In addition we wish to have a full installation and programming service to bring us up and running and a support and maintenance contract for 12 months from the purchase of the units. You should also indicate pricing for a subsequent 2 years support and maintenance should we wish to take that out in 12 months time.

The units we want to procure are Yealink brand and will vary based on the room sizes. We will take the providers advice on the unit model for each room. This is to retain consistency with units already rolled out across the group.

We will be using MS Teams as the collaboration solution at Progress and so the units should support Teams by default.
