Scope of works includes but not limited to:
1. Refurbishment and decoration to the ground and first floor.
2. New flooring throughout.
3. Installation of new wayfinding signage and noticeboards to both floors.
4. Removal of and reinstatement of partition walls to first floor.
5. Installation of platform lift.
6. Modification to existing staircase.
7. Alterations to ground floor WC.
8. Creation of new staff work room and store cupboard to ground floor.
9. New WC and staff kitchen to first floor.
10. Decoration and new flooring to first floor.
11. M&E works in support of new layout/ furniture layout.
12. Strip out of existing Data and CCTV cabling.
13. Installation of Cat6a cabling/ containment for new IT and CCTV installations.
14. Removal of redundant cabling and trunking.
15. Plaster of affected areas.
16. New lift installation
17. Install new trunking and data cabling for IT and CCTV.
18. Painting and decoration.
19. Installation of new mechanical and electrical works
20. Installation of new Accessible WC facilities to first floor.
