The Progression from Low Pay programme specifically supports employed individuals with low earnings working in sectors across Leeds City Region that typically have a low skilled workforce including health and social care, retail, hospitality and tourism and transport and logistics.
WYCC will support programmes of training (with up to 40% funding contribution) that will facilitate career progression through skills support in order to provide a platform for greater earning potential and increase social mobility.
The services being tendered cover:

(b) Development of training and delivery; and

Applicants are expected to outline what training topics would be suitable, considering a combination of industry focused skills and complimentary workplace soft skills.

Applicants will be appraised and evaluated based on the Technical Submission (60%) and Value (40%).
