Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames intends to release a tender to award a contract to a development partner to collaboratively design and develop Digital Tools that facilitate Social Prescribing processes to help individuals make positive changes in their lives and within their communities by linking people to volunteers, activities, voluntary and community groups and public services . This tool will help them to:

Feel more involved in their community
Meet new people
Make some changes to improve their health and wellbeing

Digital tools are required to enable referrals to take place between agencies and, in the future, to allow individuals to self refer to non clinical services or community activities.
The tender is expected to be released mid-late February 2018 via the London Tenders Portal.

The contract will commence in May 2018 and will be for a period of 18 months.
