Description

Quotation for 360 Degree Feedback Solution

As part of the future talent programme at Sandwell Council, we are looking for a web-based 360-degree feedback solution. The solution should support talent management in the Authority by enabling us to gain a rounded view of individuals' strengths and development needs; in turn aiding us in the identification / assessment of high potential employees. The information produced, along with information from other sources, will support the creation of a talent grid across the authority. It should also support the existing L&D offer by signposting individuals to learning interventions they may require based on this feedback.

At present, the appraisal system would have to be used to achieve the stated outcomes below. However, there is a desire to use further information to support talent management and performance management conversations. The supplier should reflect on this in their submission.

We are looking for a supplier who can provide a user-friendly software solution which enables us to receive fully customisable feedback on an unlimited number of staff. The solution should be securely cloud-hosted ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and the supplier should have experience in providing similar solutions to other public sector organisations.
