Description

The university is seeking to procure a catering Contractor / Partner to provide high quality retail catering,
dining, internal hospitality, conference & events services throughout a 51 week trading year.
The Contractor / Partner will have the experience to deliver to multi-site operations and share a passion
for delivering a relevant, high quality standard of food and drinks along with exemplary levels of
customer service.
The key objectives of the contract are to optimise the quality and consistency of the style, range and
standard of the services, while achieving value for money. Further, the Contractor/ Partner will be
expected to develop initiatives that deliver social/added value to both University of Greenwich students
and staff as well as the local community.
