Description

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and new build extension works on one of their properties 14 Rydal Avenue, Freckleton. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following works as described in the Schedule of Works and as shown on the Drawings;

Isolated roof repairs
New fascias, soffits and rainwater goods
Improvements to roof insulation and ventilation
Exposing existing foundation with potential underpinning depending on results of investigations
Alterations to external openings
Replacement of all external windows and doors
Forming new front and rear entrance steps
Removal of internal load bearing partitions to alter room layouts
Installation of steel beams to support roof structure above where walls are removed
New internal stud partitioning
Installation of new fire rated internal doors and frames
Replacement of kitchen
Replacement of all sanitary fittings to form new bathroom
Alteration to existing plumbing and electrical installations
Installation of new LD1 fire detection system
Provision of new heating installation inc boiler and radiators
Repairs to existing suspended timber floors
New floor coverings throughout
Replacement of fencing to the rear garden, replacement of pavings and laying new turf
Complete internal and external decorations on completion.
