Description

A HR specialist case management system.
In April 2020, following agreement from the Executive Board, the MCA withdrew from Civil Service HR Casework and DfT HR Advice provision and brought these services back 'in house'. Temporary systems were implemented to manage the workflows and hold case work records. These systems have limited functionality and reporting output and do not allow the teams to present appropriate information for scrutiny by the executive board. The MCA now requires a specialist HR Case Management system to provide a secure and effective system to store HR records and provide efficient processes to allow HR staff to carry out their job in a time effective way.
