Walsall Council is seeking to contract with a partner to deliver an Enterprise Asset Management System with the desired outcomes:

• Map, develop, deploy a Corporate Asset Management system that is scalable
• Identify and recommend opportunities for asset management services that could be incorporated into the new system
• Provide a system that uses digital and mobile platforms
• Identify and recommend Council-wide change processes around Assets management.
