Description
This tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of an Atomic Force Microscope.
CPI's National Printable Electronics Centre is currently expanding its metrological capabilities and seeking to acquire a new Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)instrument. CPI as a Research and Technology Organisation supported by HVMC and part of Catapult requires a flexible tool that is capable of a wide range of analytical modes (topographical, electrical, work function etc.) as well as capable of scanning and fully addressing large samples(8"-diameter) of either rigid or flexible substrates.
This Framework is to cover spare parts, consumables, servicing, software upgrades and maintenance. Further purchases of equipment of a similar nature are covered under this framework should they be required by CPI during the framework duration.
