Description

The works under this contract are to reinstate a newly formed sandstone bay window into the front fa?ade of the council house thus restoring the building back to its original state, there will also be internal works to form an office as per its original state and purpose.
o Removal of a raised mezzanine floor.
o Removal of platform lift.
o Forming of an internal wall and door.
o Making good and decorations to all internal finishes.
o New floor finishes and ceilings.
The Council House is a grade one listed building and as such planning and heritage permissions have been sought and granted.
