Description
Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of Services. As part of the Nottingham Castle Project a programme of archaeological works is required to satisfy the conditions of planning permission and Scheduled Monument Consent. The development works requiring archaeological mitigation consist of: a new Visitor Centre in the Outer Bailey; installation of adventure play equipment within the inner ditch; installation of new services across the site; hardscaping and landscaping; repairs to standing buildings; works within the caves; works within the Ducal Palace.
