Description

This is an award notice to contract Healthwatch Islington to provide a local Healthwatch service in Islington. The establishment of Local Healthwatch services is a statutory responsibility of Local Authorities under the Health and Social Care Act 2012. Islington Council currently commissions Healthwatch Islington ('the provider') to deliver these services. The current contract required re-procurement, as this ends 31 March 2019. The Adult Social Care Improvement team have completed a Direct Invitation to Quote exercise to procure a Healthwatch Islington service to meet our statutory responsibilities.
