Description

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) wish to lease the ANPR vehicles for 12 months plus another 12 months if required.
DVLA currently has 13 white vans to help the Agency's deterrent to combat vehicle excise evasion, whereby ANPR camera/computer equipment is used to detect unlicensed vehicles used on the public highway.
