Description

The University's current Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is provided by Blackboard and hosted on premise. The VLE is used by both staff and students for a wide range of learning and exams.
The current contract for the on premise license expires in August 2019. The University wishes to move it's Blackboard (VLE) to a cloud based solution, and this contract is for the implementation and annual licenses over a 3 year period. The contract has been awarded via a framework direct award.
