Description

Highways England's Smart Motorways Programme (SMP) Product Development and Innovation team is looking at standardisation and modularisation of products on the network. Following a review of the number of gantries proposed for the next tranches of SMP and particularly MS4 cantilever gantries, this asset was identified as being suitable for standardisation and further development is required to achieve this, particularly in the design stages. With the design now substantially complete, Highways England wish to appoint an independent checker to carry out a Cat 3 check
