Scope - De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for :
Alteration and refurbishment of existing classrooms into new computer labs.
• Refurbishment of corridors
• Removal of existing closed reception counter and fittings and installation of new partition wall.
• New doors, frames ironmongery
• New ceiling grids and ceiling tiles
• Creation of new opening for screens and doors
• New floor finishes
• Redecoration of walls and woodwork.
