Cefas require an innovative and extremely accurate means of capturing and measuring customer satisfaction and opinion on Cefas. The data captured is required to be benchmarked against other similar scientific organisations and a full report provided to Cefas. Cefas will then use the findings to produce actions that can be addressed to bring improvement and generate changes to services.
