Description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich intends to invite Tenders for a Lead Tenant for a Short Breaks and Activities Hub for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. The suitable provider will be required to lease and manage an RBG's building, letting it with preference given to providers of SEND Short Break. We will require at least 60% of users to be dedicated to a Short break of community activities.
The provider should be able to meet the rental obligations of this property throughout the duration of the lease.
The Hub, at 47 Abbey Grove, Abbey Wood, SE2 9EU will be open throughout the year and provide a central place for families and children and young people to access much-needed activities, develop social networks, access information, advice and guidance on services in the borough.
