NHS Band 4 Recovery Navigator for 12-month period. This post will be employed
by North Tees and Hartlepool Foundation Trust, Hardwick Rd, Hardwick, Stockton on-Tees TS19. The service objectives are: • To reduce the impact of alcohol related

the development of an innovative recovery programme which will offer a range of
support to address what matters to the client, e.g. housing, benefits, welfare, etc.
