Description

The Welwyn Hatfield Council public health and protection team require an electronic dataset of procedures, notices, forms, letters, public information and supporting national policy and guidance. This would need to be focused on all key areas of environmental health legislation. This would include noise, food, public health, licensing etc. We require the information to be accessible via an online service to which all employees can gain access with a username and password.

The datasets must be up to date and any legal notices must be enforceable and correct. If the notices include specific wording this should have been tested in court and we would require liability costs should these notices fail in any court case taken by the council.

The public health and protection team deal with multiple variants of legislation. It is becoming increasingly more difficult to keep up to date with the latest relevant guidance and changes to legal notices. There could come a time whereby an error occurs and this could be costly for the council in a court case situation.

Suppliers are requested to provide a fixed price quotation based on a minimum of 30 users as well as a method statement explaining how your proposal meets the brief.
