Description

Jisc are seeking to engage a single supplier to complete pre-employment health screening and management Occupational Health referrals as well as to provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). On average there are 120 employees each year for pre-employment checks and management referrals and on average 30 employees accessing EAP resources per month.
The scope of this procurement is:

Occupational Health
-New starter health assessment
-Management referrals
-Obtaining medical reports from GPs or specialists where relevant
-Dedicated account management
-Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
-Telephone support to HR during working hours relating to medical issues of employees and any other health related matters
-Online case management platform to submit referrals and to retrieve reports which is compliant with GDPR legislation
