Description

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of a Right to Buy/Right to Acquire administration and advisory service in respect of Preserved Right to Buy/Right to Acquire Sales to tenants. The contract will commence on 1st July 2017 and will run to 31st January 2021 subject to annual reviews. Cobalt will have the option to extend the contract period by a further 12 months to 31st January 2022.

This service is currently provided by Symphony Housing Group. As part of a demerger arrangement, Cobalt, is seeking to engage with a new provider.
Cobalt currently uses the Orchard Housing Management System, and we will work with the new provider in providing access and support in using the integrated Rent to Buy module.
