Description
Amber Valley Borough Council supported by funding from several organisations is proposing to demolish the existing 1970's changing rooms serving Greenwich Park and construct a NGB compliant single storey pavilion comprising two team changing rooms with separate officials change and club room for use by sports clubs and community groups use with associated WC's and kitchen facilities.

The works will be let under the terms of the most suitable and appropriate form of JCT contract.
