The University of Bath intends to award a contract (based on a framework agreement) to a range of preferred suppliers who can provide (develop and deliver) a number of Professional Development service(s)

The University of Bath therefore invites expressions of interest to suppliers that can provide a number of Professional Development services for University staff, including professionals, academics and researchers.

This will be primarily to support courses associated with Leadership and Management . These Leadership & Management themes and events might include but will not be limited to:

Leading teams, academic leadership, practical management skills, coaching, managing performance, recruiting and selecting staff, turning strategy into action, strategic planning, leading and managing organisational change, Communicating with skill and confidence, influence and negotiation, project management
