Description

The requirement is for a machine capable of screening as dug soils to split the material into separate fragments. The type of material processed will vary from site to site but is likely to contain large blocks of concrete therefore the machine should be extremely strong. It should be capable of processing 20-30 tons per hour and have variable sized and replaceable screens. Although the machine needs to be strong it also needs to be light enough to be carried and moved by a 14-20t excavator or alternatively it can move under its own power. It should be possible to position conveyors against the outfalls of the machine so that the screened material can be captured for secondary processing rather than simply falling to the ground. The machine should be powered via a diesel engine.

This opportunity is subject to the approval of funding by the Strategic Business Growth Programme which is part funded by ERDF.
