Description
Staying Close, Staying Connected is a DfE Innovation Fund project led by Break Charity in partnership with Norfolk and Cambridgeshire County Councils and Peterborough City Council. The Project delivers a whole person support offer that tries to improve outcomes for young people aged 16-25 who have been in residential care; ultimately helping them achieve the life that they want.
The University of East Anglia is evaluating the project (final report September 21). As part of the evaluation UEA and Break are putting out a tender to make a film/films with young people using the project, about their experiences of Staying Close, Staying Connected.
