Description

The proposed contract relates to the roof refurbishment and associated works at Grange Primary School. The roof to the building is a conventional asphalt and gravel covered flat roofing system, which is in excess of 20 years old, in a poor condition and beyond its serviceable lifespan. Core samples have confirmed failure in waterproofing, with the School already experiencing instances of water ingress across multiple locations.
