Description

This tender relates to a high level district energy study of a proposed development site identified for possible future development of housing and industry. The site is situated in one of Herefordshire's market towns, Ross-on-Wye. It forms part of the council's emerging preferred approach to growth within the county. The study will inform and support an updated Local Plan for Herefordshire, which, once adopted, will guide future development of the county to 2041.
