Description

The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Research Life Cycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are:
• a thorough appraisal of potential requirements for, and develop roadmaps for the key research support areas of e-Research Infrastructure and the Research Data Life Cycle
• Develop options for investment based on the roadmaps and support the creation of a full Business Case for the Research Life Cycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and nonfinancial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan.
