Description
Tees Valley Combined authority are seeking a consultancy firm to provide consultancy and project management advice, presented in the form of work packages, which if delivered will help BEIS and the NE&Y Energy Hub take an informed approach to programme design in terms of the decarbonization of social housing.
This programme design will be based on an understanding of the benefits, costs and implications of taking a stepped approach to net zero (ie using EPC C as an interim requirement), compared to requiring an approach predominantly based on a single, transformational package of work.
